We have prepared for a number of contingencies to minimise the risk and disruption to our global business operations, employees, and customers.
AST's networks, key systems and customer platforms are hosted in the Cloud or at secured, off-site or on-site or data centres with 'warm' standby capability for the latter and are expected to continue providing reliable, uninterrupted service. In the event of a quarantine situation that disrupts physical workplace availability, plans are in place to ensure all staff have appropriate resources to facilitate business as usual through remote working in support of our customers.
We are liaising regularly with our suppliers, freight forwarders, employees and offices around the world and continue to maintain appropriate levels of inventory. However, any forecasting information from our customers which may assist in our decision making is always welcome, please contact your Account Manager to share useful updates.
Our supply chain is likewise acting with vigour to ensure continuity of supply and we remain confident that appropriate plans are in place.
We will assess the situation daily and update our plans accordingly in what is an extremely fluid scenario.
