The Role

This position we are looking for someone with an IT ability/background that can also complete the administrative tasks, the Service Department requires. As such the role is a varied one and you will be required to liaise with all staff, from all departments. Your main responsibilities will include;

• VSAT (incl Foxtel/TVRO) Contract Management. Managing the timings of renewals and assisting in the preparation of contracts for new services, upgrades and downgrades.
• Service Jobs/Installations/VSAT Hardware rental invoicing, reconciliation of expenses, time sheets
• Assisting in stock control and raising purchase orders as required.
• General support to Service Department regarding follow-up and completion of paperwork and documentation as required on a daily/weekly basis.
• Provide day-to-day internal IT support for all staff members.
• Provide IT support for projects (internal and external) as required.

The role is expected to evolve over time as you become more familiar with our team and customer requirements, so a positive can-do attitude is a must.

Training will be provided, but a background in IT will be required.
